Noor Kids already had the store in place, so we started with identifying their pain points with the available Shopify-based admin interface and how we can facilitate them in managing their operations in a better way.
We did bi-monthly meetings and reviews with the clients to show the work done and get their feedback on it. The process helps in setting value-driven goals for the coming weeks and also allows us to build the products in close collaboration with the client.
A fun-looking, easy-to-use online store selling book bundles and a yearly book delivery subscription service for kids, with a custom admin panel to manage customer relationships, payments, and notifications, and announcements.
The books delivered by Noor Kids are beautifully designed and have a big customer base in multiple countries. The platform we built for them is improving the way they conduct their business and they can keep track of their customer orders, deliveries, and other related business operations.
