I was using the Oxygen builder and bought Pie Register, not knowing if they will have any conflict. Unfortunately, there was. Activating Pie Register will cause the Media selection page to be blank. Made a call out to Genetech. And they identified the plugin did conflict with Oxygen Builder. They fixed the issue for me (without dumping some code and asking me to try fixing myself)! Nice. What further impressed me was, in their tech support reply, they said they will include it in the next fix! So Kudos. And thanks again.

Opportunity / Challenge
- When building WordPress websites, we needed registration form plugins for completing the process.WordPress offers many plugins by default, but we could not find a plugin to fulfill our client’s requirements, so we decided to build our own.
- We wanted to embrace the process of building registration forms with an easy-to-use visual form builder with advanced features like conditional logic, user moderation, receiving payments, email notifications, etc.
The Solutions
- We built PieRegister with the required essential features and started using it to test it out for our clients. Once it became stable and the ease it provided was evident, we packaged it and put it up for other people to benefit from it.
- The primary purpose was to make the form-building experience even better and easy to use and have people create all kinds of registration forms on their WordPress websites without writing a single line of code.
- Video Tutorials and detailed documentation of features and add-ons are constantly updated on the site. Pie Register also offers lifetime Community Support for all users, whereas our Premium Users can submit a ticket for prompt support and view and track the status of their submitted requests.
