I have had the pleasure of working with Genetech for several years now. I would not work with any other group. The projects have been varied and have included website design (they have done multiple sites for me and are always unique and creative), app development (multiple projects) and also using their dedicated developer service. Genetech is one of the best outsourcing companies I've worked with. Three years ago our software company was in the midst of financial struggles and our Lead Developer had given us two weeks’ notice. We decided to look for an outsourcing partner and reallocate our lead developers salary. We found the Genetech team and they have been an awesome partner ever since. We initially hired a team of two .Net and MS SQL Server developers with a Lead Developer. We were able to do more work with the Genetech team than previous. Since then we've grown our Genetech team to 5 Developers and a lead. In many instances we are collecting our business requirements during the day and for production support issues we have a fix by morning as the Genetech staff works while we've gone to sleep. We have now come through our financial struggles but will maintain this strategic relationship for years to come!
