Genetech Solutions designed a modern, mobile-responsive website integrated with a content management system (CMS). This allowed IMI to update content easily and improved user navigation, resulting in a better overall experience for members, donors, and event attendees.
Membership and Donation Management
A secure online membership portal was introduced to facilitate hassle-free renewals. The donation system was also upgraded to support both one-time and recurring contributions via multiple payment gateways. To ease the donor experience, Genetech introduced an automated monthly recurring donation feature, eliminating the need for manual transactions and ensuring sustained donor contributions without extra effort.
Additionally, IMI previously had two separate modules—a membership system and an IMI sign-up. These were streamlined into a single, seamless flow, allowing users to sign up for IMI and be guided directly to the membership page in just one click. This enhancement significantly improved user experience by reducing unnecessary steps and saving time.
Event Registration and Automation
IMI regularly hosts conferences, workshops, and medical relief missions. A new event listing and registration system was built, allowing continuous ticketing, automated notifications, and integrated payment processing for paid events. This streamlined process improved attendee participation rates.
Security and Disaster Recovery Implementation
To prevent website downtime and security vulnerabilities, a robust disaster recovery plan was put in place. A firewall was integrated, ensuring data protection and maintaining an impressive 99% uptime.
