Frequently Asked Questions
What does the branding process look like — from idea to final asset delivery?
Our branding process typically flows in these steps:
-
Brief & Discovery — we learn about your business goals, values, target audience, existing visuals (if any), and what sets you apart.
-
Brainstorming & Concepting — we explore styles, colors, typography, and draft multiple logo / identity directions.
-
Design Options — after selecting a concept direction, we create several refinement options.
-
Feedback & Revisions — you review, give feedback, we iterate (visuals, color palettes, asset styles).
-
Release & Delivery — final logos, style guidelines, digital & print assets are delivered. You receive everything needed (e.g. multiple file formats, sizes).
What types of design and collateral do you typically deliver as part of graphic design + brand identity?
We provide a comprehensive set of visuals including:
- Logo design and variations (primary, secondary, simplified).
- Digital assets: website graphics, social media templates, email signatures, digital banners.
- Print materials if needed: business cards, letterheads, packaging mockups, signage. (If print or physical collateral is required we discuss scope during discovery.)
- Brand style guide / guidelines: color palette, typography, logo usage rules, iconography.
How long does it usually take to complete a full brand identity & graphic design package?
Timeline depends on complexity and number of deliverables. Rough estimates:
- Small or startup identity (logo + basic digital assets): 2-4 weeks
- More extensive projects (logo + full style guide + multiple collateral types + print mockups): 4-8 weeks
- Timelines can lengthen if there are many rounds of revisions or if print/physical production is involved.
How do you ensure brand identity aligns with our values, audience, and gives us differentiation?
We do this through:
- Deep discovery: understanding your mission, who your customers are, what your competitors are doing, what makes you unique.
- Creative experimentation: exploring multiple visual directions rather than going with the first idea.
- Iterative feedback: involving you at key points so the design evolves to feel right.
- Focus on long-term utility: designing assets that scale (for web, print, social media), with style guidelines to keep consistency.
What does it cost, what do we need to provide, and how do revisions work?
- Cost: Depends on the scope (number of design pieces, complexity, usage rights, print vs digital assets). We provide custom quotes after the discovery phase.
- What we need from you: Examples of style you like (or dislike), your brand values, any existing content/logos or color palettes, content / text you want included, and timely feedback.
- Revisions: We usually include a defined number of revision rounds in the quote. Additional revisions beyond that or major changes may incur extra cost. Clear communication and prompt feedback help keep things on schedule.
