Bluefish is the world’s first leading experiential concierge firm. The firm has built a network of relationships with the best travel, leisure, and entertainment organizations in the past two decades. To improve the experiences of their clients, Bluefish wanted to create a solution that utilized the firm’s expertise and connections in the form of a smart concierge assistant.
Looking for an app development firm, Steve Sims, founder of Bluefish, contacted Genetech Solutions. The request was to create a membership-based iOS-exclusive app that is a go-to stop for people looking to get access to elite hotels, restaurants, events, and other luxury experiences.

The project started with client meetings and assessing client requirements. A project plan was created to outline the development cycle of the project and define how an app such as this would work.

Research and development were conducted by the team at Genetech to gauge the proper APIs and frameworks that would be used in the project and as working products in the app and website.

The chatbot was taught to fetch data from 3rd party integrated services. To deal with different scenarios and cases, we set up an admin control and manual support feature that would override the bot if the need presented itself.
An app with a simple, clean, and user-friendly interface on which users can set preferences, create profiles, and add payment details. Users can change search parameters, interest topics, and global locations. This is a members-only app with an annual subscription.
An AI chatbot that functions as a virtual assistant and concierge for managing the lifestyles of high-end users in the US. The bot collects data from 3rd party services to create suggestions, offer itineraries, and make bookings on behalf of the user.
The AI chatbot has history logs and standard operating procedures that enable it to learn and evolve as the process proceeds. By learning and evolving, constantly improve the way it deals with customers.
An exclusive membership for luxury traveling and elite events. The product is targeted at entrepreneurs, business professionals, and global citizens looking for the finest services.

The application is currently in use by the club members but the stats are not available for public consumption.
