Pole Sport Organization (PSO) is a global organization dedicated to promoting pole sports and providing a structured framework for competitions, training, and education within the pole fitness and pole dance communities. The project was to automate and digitize the current manual processes for scheduling and registrations. Our dedicated resource helped the client to decrease almost all of the manual work by applying techniques to automate the work by code with the set of rules provided by the client. This not only decreased the manual work but also increased the efficiency by almost 35%. That was not all, this also reduced the clients’ cost by 30% and increased their sales by an amazing 30%.
